From some research, I understand that both the NDP and PC parties have spoken against it heavily in session, but it does not tell us whether or not it will be something they will try to dismantle or change in the future... should they be elected.
As long as a strong voice from each riding is present, it may not matter which party they are involved with... provided it is something important to them.
It is definately disconcerting that not one of them has made mention of it yet though.
