White is an accepted colour in the FCI standard

http://www.fci.be/uploaded_files/183A2006_en.doc

This is the standard followed by France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Russia, Poland and most other countries (except Canada, USA, UK).

On the other hand, I do not know how long white has been an accepted colour or for what reason it is accepted in the FCI standard.

I would doubt one would find an FCI breeder of white miniature schnauzers in Canada as obtaining CKC registration for the dogs is probably impossible
