There will always be scam artists willing to exploit defenseless animals and to prey on naive, guillable and unknowledgeable people AND people who do know better but "I want" takes priority.

If someone is willing to pay 800$ for a mutt, someone else will supply it.

Emailing them will do no good. They care about nothing except filling their pockets.

The best you can do is educate everyone you know and tell them NOT to buy puppies from scam artists mutt breeders, puppymills and petstores.

These "breeders" rely on supply and demand. If the demand does not exist they would have no reason to breed any more mongrels.
