Having been involved in the Pom world some years ago, I can tell you that breeding exotic colors that meet the breed standard coat wise is VERY difficult to do. It may not be too hard to get the color, but to get the coat is next to impossible. Or at least it was.
Also, take into consideration that Poms have 2-4 puppies per litter. Usually 2. If you spent a lot of money getting a pair of dogs titled, tested and then paid for prenatal vet care. I do know that when my mom raised, showed and bred Poms - a litter of pups didn't even pay for the vet costs.
