3 month old kitten can she adapt to her new home at that age?

I have a kitten that will be taken to his new home at 3 months old. I know younger kittens example 2 months old addapt easily.I was wondering if the kitten will adapt to his new home easily at 3 months old?

Yes. Cats that get adopted from shelters at different ages have no problems adapting. I have adopted kittens out at that age and kept in touch with the owners. They have settled amazingly well. :thumbs up

Oh yes, at the shelter I foster for all kittens are spayed and neutered so they are not adopted out until they are closer to 4 months and they adapt very easily.

Jasper was about 5 and Sweet Pea about 3 years old and they adapted very easily when I adopted them.

Actually, it is better to keep littermates together until they are at least 12 weeks old, they teach each other restraint and are much more secure.

I have taken in cats of all ages until forever families can be found. Age is not a factor - they adjust just fine.

If they will be in an environment where there are other cats, there are people on this board that can provide good advice and tips on how to make the transition easier.
