7yr old doxie with upset tummy
 

Last night and off and on through today my 7yr old doxie has been vomiting, and his appetite hasn't been normal today. I'm planning on taking him to the vet, but in the meantime Iwas hoping to see if anyone here and some advice or ideas as to what could be wrong. The vomit is a clear mnucusy color and there's no solid food found. I'm not positive what is upsetting his stomach, nothing has changed in his food or routine.

No advice other than to take your pup to the vet as soon as possible. A Dachshund off his/her food is never a good thing. (I have had 5 mini Dachshunds.) Also, vomiting can also be a sign of a serious condition. Only a vet will know for certain.

Vomitting and loss of appetite could be many things so it's best to take him to the vet. Good luck and keep us posted. :fingerscr :goodvibes:
