From the parking lot, head up onto the dykes and go left. Just around the corner, there's a path that goes downhill to the right and through a double gate. The off-leash area is a large grassy and treed peninsula. WARNING FOR SMALL DOGS: there are lots of eagles in the area, so keep a close watch!
