Marko is the host of this pet podcast and one of the owners of Pets.ca. He loves all animals and wishes he wasn’t so allergic to them. He lives in Montreal with his wife Carmy and his cat Ziglet.

Since 2000 Pets.ca has been building an online community for pet lovers from Canada and around the world. Currently, Pets.ca receives thousands of daily visitors from every continent. Most of our visitors are from the USA, Canada the United Kingdom and Australia. However most days people from the following countries visit as well:

Pets.ca is owned and operated by Marko Kulik and David Kurzman.

Marko and David have been friends for over 30 years and it was their love of animals and the Internet that gave them the idea to merge the two and create Pets.ca. Marko Kulik has a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He has a passion for photography, a zest for simplicity, and a love for all animals. Marko is married to his wife Carmy who is also a huge animal lover and is a strong believer in animal welfare. They live together in Montreal with their 2 cats Ziglet and Zak. David Kurzman is a clinical psychologist in Toronto. Dave has always been an animal lover but ever since Bailey came into his life, his love for dogs (and all animals) has come to the forefront. Dave, his wife, and kids believe that every animal should be treated with love and respect.
