Pet Video Pro is a company of Professional Video Editors that specialize in the editing of video that you have already shot of your family pet. Our Mission is to help pet owners bring memories of their beloved pet to life in a professionally edited movie that can be viewed and shared on their TV sets, computers, iPhones, iPads, and of course YouTube.

Here are our packages:

Basic Package - $325.00
Step 1 Getting the video into our system.*
Ingest, review, and select cuts from up to 1 hour of original video from solid state devices such as from memory cards or digital files from your cam.

Step 2 Storyboarding: make selections and cuts
Edit video and arrange selected video cuts in a rough edit to tell a story.

Step 3 Video Enhancements.
White balance the video

Step 4 Fine Tune Edit
This is the actual editing, which consists of roll, slip and slide edits to best take best advantage of the video you have provided us of your pet.

Step 5 Special Effects.
Provide professional cross fades between scenes and clips to help tell the story.
Basic Titles & text are also added at this stage.

Step 6 Compression. Choosing the best Codecs make a huge difference.
Compressed using delivery codecs for best output. Deliverables include:
• 1 movie playable in a DVD player or a computer (15 to 30 minutes long)

Pro Package $699.00

Step 2 Storyboarding: make selections and cuts
Edit video and arrange selected video cuts in a rough edit to tell a story.

Step 3 Video Enhancements.
Professionally white balance and color correct the video using vector scopes.

Step 4 Fine Tune Edit
This is the actual editing, which consists of roll, slip and slide edits to best take best advantage of the video you have provided us of your pet.

Step 5 Special Effects.
Provide professional transitions, fades, wipes etc between scenes and clips to help tell the story. Depending on the type and quality of video provides this may include multi-view picture in picture or segmented screen effects as well as image stabilization for clips that have “camera shake”, lighting corrections including re-lighting poorly lit scenes in post. Enhanced graphics titles & text are also added at this stage.

Step 6 Audio correction and music track
Correct any audio we are keeping by balancing sound, (remove hum, clicks, pops where possible). Add music soundtrack to existing audio. Mix for final audio output

Step 7 Color Grading.
Fine tune color corrections and provide scene-to-scene and clip-to-clip “look”.

Step 8 Compression. Choosing the best Codecs make a huge difference.
Compressed using delivery codecs for best output. Deliverables include:
• 1 movie playable in a DVD player or a computer (up to 30 minutes long)
• 1 movie professionally compressed for YouTube (up to 5 minutes long)
• 1 movie professionally compressed for iPhone (up to 15 minutes long)
• 1 movie professionally compressed for iPad (up to 15 minutes long)

* If your original video is on tape such as MiniDV, the cost of reviewing and converting video from each 30-minute tape is $25.

Adding still pictures to either package with a “Ken Burns” moving effect can be done for only $20 per image.

Sometimes all you really need is one or two particular clips fixed, that is when you would use our inexpensive ClipFix services!

Just need to fix a few clips? Or even just one video clip? No need to get a whole package, just upload your video clips to us and we’ll fix them for you quickly and sent them back ASAP.

When using our clip fix service we don’t edit or make a movie we just fix the following problems found in your clips:

▪ Color balance: $3 per minute of video.

▪ Camera shake: $3 per minute of video

▪ Lighting problem: $3 per minute of video.

▪ Combo deal: Fix & adjust all of the above: $6 per minute of video
