You think
somebody loves me?
I am a Gourmand. I love to eat and spend most of my days
lounging on the back of the sofa watching our dog, Mikey sleep.
I
tolerate Mikey. I pretend I am indifferent but when Mikey goes for his
walk I wait for him at the door until he returns. I am an indoor cat.
The second thing I love best is lounging in our backyard watching the
birds. While I'm out I forget about food.
I
sleep at the foot of the bed at night, Mikey sleeps on the floor. When
Mikey dares to come up on the bed I move towards the headboard. I am
usually the first one up, but I wait for the lady of the house to wake
up before moving. As soon as she gets up she feeds me. I used to run
after homemade aluminum balls, but now I don't seem to have the energy
to play, I am content sitting and watching.
One
of my favorite places is the dining room table. I like to lie there
watching the world go by thru the patio doors. When breakfast is ready
Mikey and I are ready too. Mikey eats toast and I get a drop of cream
cheese. When they have cereal, I put my paw on their hand just to remind
them that I am there and waiting, I always get a taste at the end. I
also love Mango, its sooo good.
There's
not much that I hate, I don't like getting brushed much.
