Cool sleeping through the night!

I have two dogs, Shilou is a female husky/wolf 3 1/2 yrs old, Duke is a male rotti/shepard 5 months old.

The questions is this; when sleeping at night Shilou sleeps on my side of the bed with no problems. Duke sleeps on the other side of the bed, beside his owner. All Duke does is whine, cry and barks all night long! How can I get him to sleep through the night without having to put them outside for the night?

Have you had Duke, your 5 month old male rotti/shepherd mix -- neutered? Vets are neutering/spaying dogs much earlier than they used to.

I gather that you're giving both dogs equal amounts of attention around the house, etc. This could very well be a phase that Duke is going through. The best thing to do is to ignore it. It's tough to do but in the long run, everyone will feel better.
