Advocates for the Underdog wants to know if you or anyone you know has been affected by Bylaw #245-2004.

Do you know of anyone who had to euthanize their pet because of the Bylaw? Did anyone spay / neuter their dog as a result of the Bylaw? Has anyone been harassed by Animal Control Officers? Did the City Licensing Department give you a hard time when you tried to register your dog? What about the Insurance requirements??
