Unhappy new puppy problem

My dog is grieving over the loss of the only brother he ever knew. Now I have another puppy. Harley could only put up with so much from Moses antics he has reprimanded him 3 times already. Could anyone help me out with this this puppy comes from a champion bloodline father AKA mother Labrador Cops go to where these puppies are bred to train their dogs. That is his background now I do not know how to stop Moses from bothering Harley

If you need to you can physically restrain Moses yourself. Keep a leash on him when he's in the house with Harley and when he misbehaves you can correct him. Do not make your older dog do this alone, the puppy is your job. If your older boy is having serious issues with the puppy then you should never be leaving them alone unsupervised. It's a recipe for disaster. Puppy should have an xpen to play in when you or someone else is not available to watch his behaviour. In time he will learn to let the older pup be.

He's also going to have a lot of puppy energy. Does he have puppy friends to play with? Do you take him for lots of runs? Is it possible to have him in doggie daycare once or twice a week? He's just being a puppy, but I agree with Dog Dancer. I'd hate to see him get hurt
