Frayed Nail Tip

I'm new to owning cats and my new kitten has one frayed nail tip. She isn't crying and doesn't seem visibly upset (still playing with the paw it's on). Is this normal? Should I go to the vet?

Thanks

Figure I'd upload a photo of Monkey too!

Monkey is very cute. I agree with Jim, if she seems fine I wouldn't worry about it. If it causes her any discomfort, or looks infected or anything then a vet trip would be in order. Just keep an eye on it.
