Unhappy 6 month old kitten is drooling, crawling around in circles and thumping tail.

My 6 month old little guy, Jinx, is laying on the floor crawling around in circles and thumping his tail around. the local vets are closed and we can't afford emerg! anyone heard of this before and think this can wait until the morning to make an appointment? he has other weird health issues as he is a feral runt of the litter and we have had him to the vet before with no conclusion. he has 'spells' of 4-6 hrs where he is lazy, drooly and has slow breathing. he always comes out of them and devours food and plays with his brother like crazy. he's very small, only about 2.5 lbs. thanks for any info you can help me with!

Sorry but it sounds like he needs to see a Vet immediately.
