Exclamation Lost Plot Hound - BRUTES! Updated: dog found!

Carrying this post over from a family member in the Kingston, Ontario area:

I am going to keep updating my status and if everyone will do the same maybe our Brutes will be seen and will be home soon in his own bed and not out side.

Brutes is a Plot Hound with brindle markings. He's wearing a camo collar and also a orange tracking collar which has stopped working. If you see him or know of his where abouts please call Ashley at {contact info removed} or Josh at {contact info removed} thanks. We would like him to come home.

He was last seen around battersea road near McGarvey missing Monday, November 5th.

His buddy's in the foreground are missing him.

Thank you DD and Hazel.

Still no sign of him but the kids are missing him dearly.

Everyone's hoping for the best and he'll be found.

Smile Brutes found!!!

Today's Post....

Brute is home! A person seen him on someones porch and then seen his picture at Sunbury store. He is very thin and smells like a dog that has been in a cage with other hunting dogs. He still had his tracking collar and his camo collar on and his paws were bleeding.

When Ashley got the call she went to the place on Montreal Street and parked on side of road. She got out of the car and said "Brute." He could barely lift his head but when he saw Ashley, he pulled him self up but could hardly walk to the car. He now will be having a bath to get him smelling better.

We want to thank everyone who shared Brutes photo and the guy who seen him laying on the porch THANK YOU SO MUCH

MY BRUTES IS HOME!

Oh my goodness, that poor dog. Who would treat him so badly? Thank goodness he was spotted and returned home. I have goosebumps from this happy ending.

So happy he's home!!! That poor dog!! He wasn't necessarily kept against his will, though--highly unlikely someone would have left the collars on him--especially the tracking collar since if it were working, they could have been discovered. Also, a stressed dog will smell like a kennel dog...

I hope he recovers soon! What an ordeal for him and the whole family!!! Welcome home, Brutes!

That's interesting. Never knew that.

In the first post, they said he had his tracking collar on but wasn't working. It was rather odd that if someone really wanted him, they would of taken his collars off.

In any event, Brutes is home and I like you D.D., love happy endings.
