Welcome to the board, spotkin82. We aren't vets for the most part, and this doesn't sound like something that can be diagnosed over the internet.

What does her vet think? Has Smudge had a blood panel done recently?

Have to agree here ! Weight loss is not a good sign in the overall health of an animal. Have you been to the vet? what work has been done so far?
