Help with Kitten OCD :)

I have a 14 week old Himalayan kitten who has an obsession with my face ! I would love for her to be able to sleep with us but she insists on sleeping ON my mouth and nose.
I try to cuddle her next to my body or cover her in a blankie next to me, I got her a bed which she hates, I feel like I have tried everything ! I have tried re directing her and she is so persistent she will move back to my face for over an hour !!!I feel terrible but we have to keep her downstairs so I can sleep.

Is there anything anyone can think of to try and break her of this habit ? Even when I sit on the couch at night she crawls up and sleeps on my chest near my neck LOL She only does it to me, not my husband !

Awwww a himalayan kitten

All you can do is gently redirect and hope as she gets older she breaks of the habit. This is not uncommon for kittens to snuggle into a neck. It's very similar to snuggling up to their momma. It's warm and crescent shaped.

Try tucking her into the curve of your neck or placing her on your chest without moving her very far from where she wants to be. It might be close enough without being on your face, that she'll be happy there
