Smile Hello

Hi, I just joined, and thought I would introduce myself. I have stumbled across this site a few times in the past looking for advice about my dog and two cats. So thought I might finally join because it is such a great resource, and I'm hoping it will help in our upcoming adventure of adopting a puppy in 6 weeks. I also hope that I can share some of my experiences to help other people. Right now we have an 11 (or so) year old black lab named Chopper, an 11 year old Cat Zoey and a 2 year old cat Sammy. My friend's dog just had puppies 2 weeks ago, and I had the WONDERFUL experience of helping the dog deliver them, so as if I'm not going to keep one right? I'm so excited, and as it turns out, they should be able to be taken from their Mother the day my 2 week vacation starts. I look forward to getting to know all of you, I love talking about pets, mine are like my children.

Welcome to the board, Treybabe! If you have any pics of your current furbabies to share we'd love to see them, and (fair warning) once Puppy arrives, you'll be hounded for even more pics.

The puppy is not from a breeder, it's a friend of mine who's dog had 10 puppies. We were actually not looking to get a puppy right now, but I fell in love, and everything fell into place for us to adopt her when she is old enough.
I will post some pictures as soon as i figure out how to lol

Hi Treybabe and welcome!
I just joined yesterday too. I'm like you, I just happened to stumble across this site day before yesterday actually and stayed up all night and most of yesterday reading posts. I was fascinated by how much knowledge so many members have. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Smile pet pages

I created pet pages for all of my pets including the new puppy. I went to see her today (1month old) and took pics! I can't wait to take her home!
