Large red Lump under nose

I have a 1 1/2 year old Lab/Akita mix male. Two months ago we noticed a red lump under his nose on his top lip. It has gradually become bigger and today I noticed that the side of his mouth was a little swollen. It does not seem painful to him at all. I cannot really afford to get him into the vet for the next couple of weeks and was wondering if there was anything I could do in the meantime. Please if anyone knows what this could be please let me know. Thank you!!!!

oh my, the poor pet, none of us are vets, but I suggest you try to find a way to get him to one, would your vet not do payments if you explained?? Do you have a relative you could borrow from? or a credit card for emergencies you can dip into?

That looks like mostly fluid (hopefully). I have my fingers crossed for you, but you need to find a vet ASAP.
