Supplier in Niagara?
Does anyone have a reliable supplier of green tripe, beef heart, etc. in the Niagara region? I'm about to call a bunch of butchers, but I thought I'd give the community a try first. I'm in St. Catharines, if that helps. Thanks!

Its really hard to find a butcher who is licenced to sell tripe, most have to dispose of it ( or bury it)

So, for those interested, R and J meats on Carleton St. in St. Catharines has frozen unbleached tripe, beef heart, and beef kidney for sale, and at reasonable prices. The unbleached tripe is $1/lb, the beef heard $1.59/lb, and the kidney is $1.59/lb.

There's a butcher in Niagara Falls, Larry Storm (Storm's Meat & Deli) and is right on McLeod Road.
Not sure if you've heard of his store and not sure if he sells watch you're looking for but I do know that alot of his preparations are done right there in his shop. Good quality meat there IMO.
