Talking Hide and Seek

The doggies have their inside toys and their outside toys. Since we had all of this snow it is easy to lose the outside ones.

Is it here?

The outside toy made it outside again today, with tossing and chasing fun had by all. Sasha likes to fetch, duhhh retriever of course, Buddy likes to take the toy and be chased, it is really fun playing with him. I give Sasha her turns at retrieving and then Buddy gets his turn at being chased around the yard by both Sasha and me. Round and round we go until Sasha gets pissed and grabs the toy from him. patti

Doesn't look like you got the chinook winds that we had last week-end (80 km/hr)...most of our snow went down by at least half of what it was.

One thing about it, they'd have lovely clean feet after playing in the snow. You have your retriever in wonderful nick, certainly not overweight.

We did get some nice warm weather that melted a good 1/3 of what we had, this particular day was beautiful plus 5C with sun shining. Now that we have had some rain it is melting more.

They stay clean for as long as we have the snow, as soon as it melts away then we have the muck. Thank you about the comment about Sasha and her svelt figure, Labbies can gain weight so easy. patti

My pleasure. It's nice to see and a sight you don't see often in that breed here.

Moms can be so mean about hiding the toys, can't they, Sasha and Buddy?

But it does look like they both had fun!!

Cute pics of them trying to find their toys.

They must love that mound of snow to play on.

Uh oh ....does Sasha dig as well? If not, I bet he teaches her too.

My lab loves to dig and he was the one that showed my husky how much fun it is.
