Abnormal bump on my dogs lip

I recently found a bump growing on my dogs lip and have noticed that it is getting bigger. I am not quite sure as to what it is and how he got it. Can you please help me try and figure it out?

It has been about 2 weeks that he has had this white tip, cone shaped bump on his left lip. It is red at the base of the lump but does not bother him when I press the lip around the bump.

You might want to search the site for a picture of a papilloma. In general, any growth should be checked by a vet, particularly if it continues to grow!

Welcome to pets.ca Blue21

Since the lump is getting bigger, the best thing would be to take your boy to the vet to have it looked at. Good luck and keep us posted.
