Sore/Scab on Dog's Front Leg

We noticed a sore/scab on the back of our dog's leg a few days ago. I've attached a few pictures to help - is this something we should be concerned with or will it simply heal up and we're worrying over nothing?

Is it changing in any way? Getting bigger? Looking rawer? Or does it appear to be healing?

If it's not getting better, considering that it's been a number of days already, I'd be inclined to have a vet look at it.

I hope it's better soon!
