da-----m

our poor 1 eye nick was bite--- by a snake 2 days ago her poor leg has blowen up like a balloon, rushed her off to the vet, they have her on meds plus metacalm, i pray she will be ok she is 14 now brenda and pins

nope i found the smake tonight! and hit him over the head i think i killed him, nick has been on meds for 3 days and nothing has changed

Can you take the snake in to the vet so they know what they're dealing with? Treatment for snake bite can differ by species of snake. Maybe they're treating with the wrong protocol!

snake was infected!!! we will have to see how nick does on her meds, btw a big bugger i see tonight a bit of a differance, but this might be my eyes and hoping fingers crossed brenda and the pins

Wow I just saw this....any updates, how is little Nick? Nothing is worst than something happening to the Pins, I know! A snake bite? That is crazy!

OMG, poor little guy! I hope he gets better soon. I know this sounds harsh, but if the infection is in his leg and it doesn't get better, wouldn't it be better to amputate his leg so no infection spreads?

HORRAY!!! the swelling has gone down!!! , was back at the vets yesterday, there worried about the 2 pockets under the bum, not to sure what this is!! we just keep our fingers crossed for our sweet little nick, thanks a million for all the good thoughts brenda and the pins
