rotti peeing in the house
Hi I have a 6 year old rotti that is not neutered that has all of a sudden sstarted peeing in the house. I am not to sure what to do. I clean it up and then spray febreeze on the area but the next morning there it is again and it always seems to be in the same places

He may be marking the spots because he can still smell urine there. An enzymatic cleaner made especially for pet urine clean-up will neutralize the odor completely. You'll need to thoroughly clean every spot where he marks.
Your first step in fixing the problem should be a vet visit to make sure there isn't a physical reason (UTI or prostate infection, onset of diabetes, etc) for the peeing in the middle of the night. A sudden change in behavior can often be a sign of some underlying illness. I'm assuming your dog has free access to the house at night? Confining him to a crate or to a specific room away from the areas he's been peeing on will help you control the problem.

If a 6 year old, house trained dog starts peeing in the house all of a sudden, I think the first thing to do is have a vet see him.

Being un-neutered he could be marking territory due to a new male or female in heat in the area that he smells from inside the house, could be medical related as well such as a UTI or prostate issue.
