Animal Rescue Outreach...4 counts animal cruelty

Anyone know who this Tedi Spicer is? Appartenly she has 4 counts of Animal Cruelty charges on her. This is the first I am hearing about it or even this person.

Her name is Tedi spicer, and also has a couple of facebook pages.

I wonder if any of the rescue/ shelter folks on here have had any dealings with her.

I couldn't find much other than newspaper articles and bunch of back & forth emails. Looks like she had a least one forgery charge dropped though. Did you locate anything more substantial?

We used to have a few Floridians on the board but, they don't seem to be around much any more. They would have a better idea.

I know she is on facebook, with numerous pages. One for her organization, posted above. And other pages. The girl who sent me the link (which will not let me post it on here) said she has about 14 000 friends.

Wow, she's got quite a following, and not in a good way. What a scumbag. I've never heard of this woman. I did a search and found some stuff on her but in Chicago, IL.

What a disgusting person though, to use innocent animals for her financial gain.
