looking for dog walker - king west area

My husband and I are looking for a reputable dog walker/dog walking service in our area of Toronto.

Do any other members have recommendations or cautions? We are starting with quite a blank slate...

I do know someone, but she does not walk dogs in your area - or mine for that matter! But she does home board our dog. You can't receive PMs as yet or I would forward you her contact info - I just can't put it on this board - and she might be able to recommend someone. If you post a few more times, then you will be able to receive PMs. I know she has just expanded - perhaps her business partner might cover your area. As to things to look for - BONDED AND INSURED - most important. Things happen and you need someone trained who can handle dogs - heck, my Eskie will do anything for her. My Eskie absolutely adores her, and Eskies are dogs who love their own families - and a very few other special people. I met her through my dog's vet and groomer - she walks our vet's dogs, know pet first aid etc.
