Grey poop?

Hi,
My mini australian shepherd is less than a year old. (DOB: Nov.26/08) Lately I have noticed that his stools are completely grey in colour. I haven't changed his diet, and as far as I know, he hasn't been getting into anything. He eats Nutro Max for puppies, and I'm very careful about the "treats" I give him, as he tends to have a sensitive stomach and gets diarrhea easily. Should I be worried about this new poop colour? If he has an obstruction in his bile duct, what other symptoms should I look for?
Thanks!

Is the poop grey in colour, or does it look like its covered in a yukky grey jelly? Sounds gross, but this happened when one of my old dogs was having issues with his anal gland.

grey poop

Something that may be helpful:

Yellow/greenish - rapid transit (small bowel)
Black, tarry - bleeding in upper digestive tract
Bloody - red blood/clots - bleeding in colon
Pasty/light colored - lack of bile (liver disease)
Large gray - inadequate digestion/absorption - malabsorption syndrome)
