Debating on changing food

Autumn is on Go! Natural Chicken, Veg & Fruit and in the past year the price has gone from $59.99 to $71.99 a bag. Isn't that insane? I don't know what to switch her to. She loves her Go! She used to be on Orijen and just stopped eating it one day. I recently tried again and again she turned her nose up at it.

My thing is if I switch her I'll probably have to feed her more food because Go! has a pretty high calorie count and she currently eats 2.5 cups, 2 times a day so 5 cups total. So in the end will I really save any money?

But honestly, if Orijen isn't an option I'm not sure you would actually save any money.....

My best recommendation in terms of $ would be Acana Provincial Prairie Harvest, a good chcken-based grain-free food by Champion Pet Foods, but it only has 420 cals per cup vs. Go! having 570 cals per cup. And although it's grain-free it's fairly low protein, so it wouldn't stick with her as long.

I think if Autumn is enjoying the Go! food then stick with it. Unfortunately, all pet food is increasing in price and I think it's just an unfortunate side effect of insisting on a high-quality diet for our beloved furries.

Acana does have a "Large Breed Adult" food that might work...

It isn't grain-free, but certainly a very quality food. I think you could save some money if Autumn likes it. Can't remember where you're located, but I know Global/Ryan's carries Acana in my area at least. Here's the Acana website:
