My dog swallowed two bones and shows no signs...
My working dog (170 lbs) swallowed two osso buccos (small round hollow bones known for tasty marrow) two weeks ago.
He has not shown any signs of illness - he eats normally, his stool is normal, he exercises. I check all his feces and know that he has not passed the bones!

Is it possible for a dog's digestive system to dissolve bones, or are the bones still in his system?
