Ask Dr. Lee - Podcast ideas?

Hi Members,

Dr. Lee
has agreed to do another podcast with us where he'll answer one or 2 questions.

Any members have specific questions for Dr. Lee?

Please note that we want to cover new topics. Here's all the topics up and until this point. http://pets.ca/blog/?cat=2

Many thanks!
Marko

How about different skin irratations. Aside from food allergies and bugs, what could skin rashes on dogs and cats? Just a thought

Pet Safety

Common household cleaners can be harmful to pets. Natural cleansers should be covered, such as baking soda, vinegar, lemon juice, etc.

City water, treated from sewage. What is not commonly discussed, and is not in every municipality but does exist especially in large cities, is the inability to filter out prescription medication residue that comes from human waste sewers. Just do a web search on "drugs in city water" and you'll find tons of articles from mainstream news. Some drugs that are most likely not filtered out include antidepressants, hormone replacements, cold/cough drugs, high blood pressure and cholesterol drugs, antibacterials, anti virals, mood altering drugs (ADHD drugs and anti psychotics) and probably more.

The bad news is that bottled water available in retail is really nothing more than tap water. Do a web search on "Pepsi admits Aquafina comes from tap water" or something similar.

Household, garden plants, lawn fertilizers/chemicals, garden accessories (mulch) that are pet safe.
