I assume this months chalenge is going to be Christmas. But will it be anything specific about christmas? Like pets and Christmas tree? Santa/Mrs.clause suits? Or anything like that?

Marko- Delete this if unneeded! lol

How 'bout something along the lines of "pets and toys"?

oo, I likes that idea SCM! That would work for everybody. Even poeople with rodents, reptiles, ect.

My only ideas at the moment are along the lines of pets with presents, snow photos, holiday themed.. the standard things you think of when it comes to December

I like the pets and toys/presents idea. We can all do that very easily.

I like the pets and toys idea too. Alittle easier

Thanks so much for taking the lead babymomma I'll be up to speed next month though

So for the theme...seems to me like "pets and toys" has the most support and that just makes a lot of sense given the wide variety of subject matter for all kinds of pets. Plus Rick C already posted a cutie that fits

Ok suggestion posts merged and the challenge is on.

Thanks all!
Marko

Brown Christmas!!! Phooey!!!

Keeper mulls her present on Christmas morning, 2005. It's not unusual in southwestern Alberta to have a "brown" Christmas. The Foothills lie in the rain shadow of the Rockies.

Koda trying to get his present open!
I don't even remember what it was, but I'm sure it got unstuffed and shredded that same day

This is Koda's favorite toy. His monkey.

Does snow count as a toy? Koda thinks it does! lol

These pics are awesome!!! What fun! (holy pile of dog toys that Maggie's got there!).

Here is Aztec deciding which toy to start with, Kitty Kong or catnip log:

Catnip log wins:

"Um...... hellooooooooo? Can you not see that my Kong is empty? Fill 'er up, chop chop - I've got the munchies!"

"Snack time."

I'm not entirely sure if this counts. It sort of does though I imagine.

That was the kitties new 'toy' for a few hours. They thought it was AMAZING! So much so they decided to eat the fake berries off it.

Managed to nab Tripod in an interesting pose before I took it away and shoved it in the closet. I did mess with the colors and take out the background though

Unfortunately the Kong Company stopped making the Kitty Kong a while ago, although you may still be able to find some at an online store or on eBay. You can put either catnip or treats in them. Aztec prefers it as a treat-dispenser , cause he's a little piggy.
