Roxy German Shepherd Dog, Husky MTL

Roxy is a 6 year old German Shepard/Husky mix. who we believe may be deaf. He was abandoned at our shelter because his owner had to work long hours. He is very depressed and upset being at our shelter and desperately needs a secure home with a loving forever family. He is a great dog and loves the outdoors. He is extremely affectionate and always wants all the attention! If you would like to adopt him, please email us for an adoption application susieqt@videotron.ca or call 514-386-5960 www.spcamonteregie.com

Awwww!
If some of you remember, when we were looking for a dog to adopt, we went to the SPCA Monteregie.. Roxy is truly the sweetest dog ever! He was one of the most memorable ones we saw that day! He wouldn't leave my side, always putting his head under my hand.
Both my husband and I felt terrible not being able to adopt a large breed due to apartment restrictions, if we could - Roxy would have left with us. He is soooooooooooooo gentle and sweet...
I hope a family comes forth soon that will be able to give him a good home.

Perhaps all Roxy needed was a loving family to care for him.

Nothing like a story with a happy ending, eh, Chico? I love it, too! Roxy is a lucky dog!
