Unhappy Tashy sick and whiney from yesterday - advice needed

My 6 1/2 year old cross Tashy threw up thrice within an hour yesterday, ensuing in an emergency vet visit. She received a shot and antibiotics, and she was fine last night. While she's still on antibiotics, from morning today she has been whiney, restless and her behaviour has changed. She would jump on couches, tug at my clothes and not lay still for a moment. All the while she's whining
It's obvious she's in pain, and her vet is unavailable today so I have to wait till tomorrow. He did recommend a pain killer tablet. I'm wondering what could be wrong with her? Her vomiting ceased after the shot and first dose of antibiotics, and her stools are normal. It's just that she's in pain  I hav a ton of assignments for college, but it's impossible for me to concentrate when my baby is suffering.

You need to find another vet. What is the name of the pain-killer? I would be very cautious about adding more medication without having a diagnosis.

The pain killer is voltaren 25mg. This vet is one of the best around, I changed from another to him because I wasn't happy with the first vet. I'm from sri lanka, and unfortunately vetinery services are sparse.

I rang up the vet again, and he said it could be a stomach cramp and asked me not to worry. Like I cant stop worrying. Is it possible for dogs to get stomach cramps that last for more than a day? Can't find much info regarding stomach cramps in dogs online.

I know that sometimes antibiotics upset my dog's tummy.. is she eating and drinking normally? I would be very cautious with giving her a pain killer... is she spayed?

She is spayed.
I rang up the vet again last night, and he said to give her a tablet of Buscopan. To my relief it had an almost instant effect on her and she calmed down to get some much needed rest.

She is not whiney this morning, and her behaviour is pretty much back to normal. I need to call the vet again to see if I have to continue with Buscopan, and regarding a vet visit today.

Thank you for commenting, it's good to hear that dogs can feel crampy after meds. So hopefully Tashy is having a similar experience and nothing serious.
