no doctor's know what's wrong with him

My dog is 4 yrs. old he's a golden retriever and almost 2 months ago he started to show signs that his back paws were giving him problems. He'd have trouble getting up and when he was up his back paws shook alot. Since that time he's been taken to the vet numerous times and many test's including x-rays were done all coming out with the same results, that he's fine. He uses his front paws to pick himself up and it's such a struggle for him to get up on his feet. Until now he shows very little improvement but there is some. He's been on anti-inflammation drugs, antibiotics and steroids and nothing really has helped. Now the vet suggests that he see's a speacialist for what he has because they have run all the test that a general practioner can do.
My father thinks that he is sick because right before he started to have these problems, he went to the vet to get a shoot that the vet said was new. it was against racoons or something like that. That could be interchagable between humans and animals. It consists of getting 2 shots within 3 weeks of each other. In my dog's case. He got his shot done may 2nd, the symptoms came like may 20th and then he got his second shot may 23rd and from like may 20th to now he still has this problem of getting up. Its very hard for him. Now he has another prob. it started yesterday. He has excessive saliva that it hangs from his bottom jaw. It just hangs off his mouth and its constantly wet and drouling. we tried to give him his food but he didn't want to eat it cause he didn't use his tongue. We just don't know what to do anymore. It has been a stressful time for us and a costly one too. We've come to the point that its hard for us to afford taking him to the vet when we get no results from it.
So please if someone can help cure him we would greatly appreciate it. He might be a dog, but to us he is family.

We had a holistic Vet give a seminar down here in the Cayman Islands. He talked alot about Vaccinations as a cause to alot of other diseases and problems. I believe his practice is based In new York State. I know he does anylises blood when it is sent to the office. He has wrote a book called The nature of animal Healing. His name is Doctor Goldstien. There are so many other factors that come into your dog. Food, vacinations, enviroment.
