Thanks Hazel. My boss is just driving me nuts. Not to mention, he's alienating clients, one on the phone as I type this, and the business just isn't doing well. I have no insurance, no retirement package, nothing. I need to look out for my best interest, and this isn't it. There is nowhere to grow here, which is one of the many disadvantages of working for a two person company, one being the owner.

Thanks Chico. We've been losing clients all year, and are likely going to lose another large client soon. My boss concentrated too much time being a commissioner and let his company go by the wayside. Now he's paying for it, and I'm afraid it's going to come to a time when he's not going to be able to pay my salary. So, I have to begin looking.

Hopefully I'll find something soon!
