Perhaps I'll look into it a little further and keep my eyes on her poops.

I am 100% sure the maggots were IN the poop. I had to actualy squish the poop apart to realize that it was 2 maggots not 1 like I originally thought. And I noticed them immediately after she pooped, I was standing ready with my baggy.

The vet looked at her bum quite closely and everything looked good. I've looked several times and I haven't noticed anything weird down there.
