sick kitten

i got 3 kitten adoped (mother kitten left them) now they are 5 weeks old, now i am having a problem in one of the kitten. Now is the second time he fell sick. He looks like dead but still breathing and eyes open. please help me what is his sickness and how to cure it.
pls help

While he does need to see a vet. Putting a few drops of Karo Syrup or other pancake syrup can help while you are getting him into the vet tonight.
