Clarke is finally here
Well I left 4:30 am on Thursday for Montreal and picked up Clark and met his mom and dad. Really nice people and obviously sad he was leaving. Then we left for our long drive back. He was an angel we stopped a few times and I noticed a Pet Smart in Quinte on the way out so we stopped there and got some treats and toys and then headed home. He has been so good we went on the subway yesterday and he was Mr Popularity and had everyone petting him. Today we went to High Park for a couple of hours and he was great and he listens. We need to work on sit and down and stay but he cannot keep his butt still for very long and just wants to give you kisses all the time. Well his energy level is new to me since Bud was not the most active dog, he loved to play but he loved to sleep. He is obsessed with his ball he played with it for over 4 hours after playing with it outside for about 1/2 an hour. I need a nap. He is finally having a nap. Okay so here are a few pics. He's quite handsome! I'm not great on breeds, but I know he's some kind of bulldog right?

He is an American Bulldog he weighs 66 pounds( I think Buds head weighed that much) we just came back from the vets. Just a quick check up and he is perfect and was a real gentleman

Wow, this is great news that Clark is finally where he belongs! Congratulations on your newest addition to your household, I am sure you will never regret having him with you!
And don't thank me, I didn't do anything, except listen to my sister making a bunch of phone calls while at work, LOL! Clark is very cute!

Oh thank goodness you have him - you are a special person Robin....I hope Clark thanks you eveyday with tons of smoochies!
Thank you so much for travelling all that way to get him and giving him the second chance he deserves....he's a lucky, lucky dog!

Well Clark is settling in and seems pretty happy. What a wiggle butt if it is not his butt moving it is his tongue giving kisses.
