{ HELP } so my birdies don't sit on their eggs..

I don't think I've come to the right lace for this, but I was wondering what I could do. I don't know anything about birds but last time my birds had fertile eggs, they just let them die, so I've been keeping two under a lamp. One died just yesturday, the other is still alive in wiggling when I candle it. My other hen is just laying more eggs right now. I have ringneck and mourning doves mixed together.
