Recent Duffy pics

Here's some recent pics of Duffy I thought I'd share
Pic 1 Duffy is hanging out getting warm inside my fleece sweater
Pic 2 Checking out the grass in my parents back yard
Pic 3 As usual laying not on the comfy fleece blanket but beside it enjoying her catnip pillows

My cats are the same.....they have lots of their own comfy beds but much prefer to sleep on the couch afghan or the dogs pillows.

Duffy is such a pretty girl ....I love her colouring. You really need to post pics of her more often.

Thanks gals

Yeah I love the grass pic too - with her colouring outside sunny pics are always way better than inside shots

Her colouring looks quite a bit different in the last two pics. Which one is the real colour?

The Grass pic is actual colour although she does have more orange on her back than on her front
The last one is abit different cuz of the "soft white" light bulbs in my livingroom. For some unknown reason there is a light switch in the bedroom & livingroom but no light fixture not even a spot to put one so I have a 3 light floor lamp in those rooms.

The house we're in was the same. The bedrooms had light switches but no ceiling lights. Luckily we have a friend who was visiting so he went up in the attic and did some re-wiring and we put in the ceiling fixtures.

Awwww....she looks so content. And, in those ones her colouring looks darker than in the other outside pics.

She is so pretty . Does she have the snotty Tortie temperment or is she more mellow? My tortie is affectionately known and the "snotty little b****" but we love her to death anyway .

Hehe, sounds like Desi totally. She would rip me to shreads at home if the "tortitude" struck her but at the vet she is terrified and they can do anything to her .

That grass picture is really beautiful, and I love the last one. She looks so comfy, I just want to grab her and hug her!

Thanks

Yes Jiorji her fur is very comfy cuddley soft

I love the grass pic too I'm so glad she stayed still long enough for a good shot, she's a very alert cat & likes to know what's going on everywhere

I get lots of comments on her colouring she sure is purrty if I do say so myself (just did )

I most wholeheartedly concur!! That fur looks so pet-able, I just wanna stick my face in her belly.

She's soooo beautiful. I just love how sharp the torties look against a grass background! That pic is a lot like this one of my folks' cat Cordelia...

And her in your sweater is too cute! Asker (my tortie) does that too... especially in winter, there is always a little lump in the bed under the covers!

Growler, I don't think i'd seen many pics of Duffy before, thanks for these, she's an absolute BEAUTY! So hugable and content looking in those shots, you'd never know there was "tortitude" in her

Gesh, now i'm gonna want a tortie to go with my collection

Misery likes to do the sweater thing too (cause I think she's got a bit of "tortitude" in her somewhere), except she does it while i'm still wearing my sweater!

Thanks she is very huggable & she loves to be hugged she's a very mushy grrl. The Tortitude has lessened with age & she isn't "set off" by much - with all my pets I have made sure to play with toes, tails, ears, bellies etc so they don't have any no-touch places, she will take quite a bit of bugging

Torties are a must-have
