pregnant dog can't stand

I have a small pregnant dog (10 lbs before pregnancy). I got her out of her crate the other morning and she was holding up her paw and whimpering. I thought maybe it just fell asleep and she didn't like the sensation(she is the whiny type). All day she wouldn't walk on it and yelled every time I touched her.The next day it was worse so I took her to the vet. They said they could not find anything wrong and to wait until after she had the pups to see if it went away. Today she is much worse. She can't even stand.I have been rolling her every hour. I called the vet. They said all they could do is a c-section but the pups might die. I asked what this would do for the dog and they said they didn't know. It's not just her one leg now it is the whole front of her body.I need to decide what to do and I would like your opinions.

A second opinion with another vet...obviously she is in discomfort.....when are the pups due?

This is obviously an emergency. Please take her to a vet immediately. She may very well need a c-section or you risk losing both her and the puppies.
