Cat acting tired when he's usually frisky

My 2 yr old tabby has been lying around the house sleeping for the past 4 days. He is usually very active, and spends most of his time outside (we live in a rural part of town and have a big yard). For the past few days he hasn't even wanted to go out. He's been eating, drinking, and using his litter box normally but I think something might be wrong. He runs around with some strays and I wonder if he caught anything from one of them. Or maybe he got bit by a bug....should I be worried? or is it normal for cats to sometimes get lazy in the heat of the summer?

Is he up to date with his vaccinations since he is running around with strays? :frown:
