kitty is leaking!

my 5yr old (rescued 6mos ago from the humane society) cat is leaking from her anus, ew! she doesn't seem the least bit disturbed by it, or even really notice, it's only occasionally when she is stretching or relaxes, etc. It's not a lot (and it's not bloody) but just sort of dribbles and drabs of, well, leaky poo. I've only taken her once to the vet when I first adopted her and she was healthy and no worms, etc. she eats and uses her litterbox fine, but I really really need to figure out and solve this disgusting problem! help!

It sounds like her anal glands need to be drained and I would take her to the vet.
