Bald patch on cats cheek
Hello,
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced or seen this? I took her to the vet this morning and they are doing tests for bacteria and fungus, but some of the results she said can take up to a couple weeks. Missy has not shown any signs of any illness, I by fluke noticed her hair looked funny on her cheek so at closer examination she actually has a bald spot, of course it's covered up the other hairs around so I have no idea how long it could have been there. I am a little concerned as the vet mentioned Ringworm, and how contagious it is. But they are all strictly indoor the only place they go is the vet. Anybody have any ideas, suggestions? She definately didn't seem to think or even consider a fight or anything with the other cats, but could it be possible that the scratch/wound healed and the hair just hasn't grown back?

I'm not sure.
Let us know what the vet finds if anything. Good luck.

Thank you, I am praying it's not a food allergy, I just switched them to Wellness and Orijen they seem to love it, I am hoping for a freak accident or a ripped out mat?!?
