Can Antibiotics Cause Thirst?

Our kitty, the one with the lumps from the vaccines, was given a shot of antibiotics on Monday, then another one today. She's been drinking a lot... I think it's more than usual. Can antibiotics cause thirst in cats? I googled it to no avail.

Hmm... Not sure, but probably. Antibiotics can do a bunch of things... Are you giving probiotics too?

I think some antibiotics do cause an increase in thirst. You should ask your vet if the one given to your cat would.
