lethargic dog

My dog started developing small tumors underneath his skin a year ago and was told it was common. He is ten.
And he has developed several more since but nothing else until last week.
He is suddenly very tired all the time (he was never a very active dog).
He doesnt come when called and although he is eating.. the chip bag rustling or the fridge door openning doesnt even make him lift his head.
VERY uncommon.
His eyes just looked glazed over and he has fallen off the bed once and tripped over him self this morning......

I would definately get him to a vet asap and get him checked.Have some blood work done on him.

Did they even bother checking the lumps?
