new to pet ownership and this forum
Hi everyone
I'm a newbie on this forum. We just adopted a calico kitten  a couple of weeks ago and it's a first for all of us. I grew up with pets and my kids are all crazy for animals but we waited for DH to get on board before taking the plunge. I now realize that my mom did all the hard work but now it's me who's the mom!I have enjoyed reading posts so far and look forward to learning lots. I enjoy animal talk even about kinds of pets we don't have...

Welcome!! I'm sure you'll love it here...I sure do!! And so does Mocha (especially when mum makes him a new treat from the recipes posted here!)!!!

 I'm afraid I don;t have the technical know-how to get a pic from my camera to the internet.  I'll have to ask a teenager how to do it!
