Unhappy Advice Needed for Soft Stools

Hi everyone..Would like to get some advices on the above.

My lady, a yr old+ miniature schnauzer, been having soft stools lately for about 2 week or so.. Sometimes there's mucus on it as well. Due to that, there's an increased of anal gland secretion.
Visited the vet for diarrhea recently but had no improvement on the soft stools.

Many months back, she's on Azmira Lamb and Barley but because of the presence of Menadione therefore i decided to switch to Natural Balance® Venison & Brown Rice Formula together with Nupro + Meramin supplement. After the switch of kibble, my lady began to have soft stools. Had added in a little fresh cooked pumpkin to her diet but still soft..

Wish someone will be able to clear my following doubts as well:
1) Was it because of the too grainy kibble formula (Natural Balance® Venison & Brown Rice) that cause the soft stools?
2) Will yeast (Mera Dog Meramin contain yeast) worsen her condition?
3) What should i do to improve?

Really appreciate for any replies.. Thanks in Advance!

Have you tried cutting back on the food a little? Sometimes with holistic foods, feeding too much causes runny stools.

Has your vet tested the stool for parasites? That would be very important, too.

No, it's not enough to get all the parasites out there, like giardia. To me, that would be the first step.
